Charles Lau dot Com: Can CPanel be more efficient in addon domains?

  • David Grega · 2 years ago
You should not be receiving errors merely for adding an add-on domain. The next time you encounter this, perhaps you may want to recommend that BlueHost contact cPanel, Inc.'s support team directly to resolve the issue.

The way the software functions in a normal environment is when you have filled out the page with information related to your add-on domain, path to store the files etc., you click the button to apply the settings and the most you may need to do is update your registrar's Nameserver entries to point to that cPanel/WHM server's Nameservers.

I only managed to add the first addon domain successfully... But the rest are not successful...

Changing the nameserver entries is easy.

Adding a new addon domain always gives me error when it states that my dns servers are not correct when they are actually correct...

Maybe I have set something wrong somewhere.. I am not sure..
